What You'll Do
- Safely haul dry van freight across assigned OTR lanes
- Deliver freight on time with a strong focus on service and safety
- Plan routes and manage HOS efficiently
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and operations
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Represent MC Carrier professionally on every run
Job Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A License
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR strong PSP record
- Zero accidentsacross all background checks and employment history
- Clean criminal background
- Must be able to runfull 11-hour shiftswith no restrictions
- Comfortable runninglong-haul OTR (1-3 weeks out)
- Commitment tosafety, professionalism, and consistency
