Functional Responsibility: The Outreach Associate is responsible for supporting the creation of a wide variety of products in support of the directorate's programs and initiatives, including drafting letters and memos, standard operating procedures, market research and traditional outreach materials, consumer and provider education products for a variety of audiences.
