What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Develop software to implement waveform inversion methods to produce ultrasonic images
- Design and implement numerical algorithms
- Implement data acquisition solutions which ensure compatibility with robotic, and motion control systems
- Maintain accurate records and produce software documentation
- Collaborate with other teams (mainly in the US)
- Support other parts of the organization (sales, delivery, customer support)
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics
- Scientific computing, numerical methods
- Wave propagation simulation is highly advantageous
- Extensive and verifiable experience in software design and development
- Advanced programming with C , C#, C, Fortran, and communication protocols, e.g. TCP/IP, DVB, 3GPP
- Experience with motor control and processes is beneficial
- Result-oriented, methodical and structured as well as a team player with good communication skills
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
