In this role, you’ll write clear, engaging interface copy and shape scalable content systems that support consistency across our web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android). Your work will directly influence how users interact with — and feel about — our brand.
What You’ll Do
Content Crafting
- Write user-friendly microcopy for buttons, menus, error messages, tooltips, and more
- Maintain and evolve voice and tone guidelines to reflect both usability and brand personality
- Collaborate with product, design, dev, and marketing teams to align UX content with business goals
- Help reimagine the native mobile app experience, ensuring modern, intuitive interactions
Content Systems & Governance
- Maintain a centralized content library for reusable UX content and standards
- Build scalable documentation around content workflows, usage, and governance
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Accessibility teams to ensure all content meets regulatory and WCAG standards
- Contribute to evolving design system principles — focusing on consistency in tone, language, and UX patterns
What You Bring
- UX Writing Excellence: Ability to create clear, concise, user-friendly interface content
- Content Strategy: Experience mapping content to user journeys and aligning with brand objectives
- Information Architecture: Organize content in logical, user-first ways
- Research & Data: Use research, testing, and analytics to guide content decisions
- Design Collaboration: Comfortable working in Figma and within design systems
- Brand Stewardship: Proven skill in managing brand voice across platforms
- Documentation Mindset: Experience building guidelines for content governance
- Accessibility & Inclusion: Knowledge of WCAG and inclusive content best practices
- Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of how UX content supports broader marketing and business goals
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Preferred Experience
- 4 years in UX writing, content strategy, or content design
- Background in marketing, digital design, or communications
- Experience in enterprise or high-scale environments (e.g., e-commerce, mobile apps)
- Familiarity with agile product teams and collaborative design systems
