MBS Cleaning Solutions is Hiring Immediately for FULL TIME Evening Janitorial Supervisor
We are looking for an eager, self motivated individual who is ready to work as soon as possible. We are looking for a team player who can handle the responsibility of a crew of 4 or more.
This position requires:
- A High School Diploma or equal degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Commercial Janitorial Supervisor
- Minimum 4 years experience in the janitorial field.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to take direction from management
- Must be able Weekends/Holidays as Scheduled
Supervisor duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee all staff on a daily basis, checking all completed work before employees leave
- Handle and distribute all supplies per site
- Uphold worksite standards to comply with company polic
- Supervise all staff duties
- Train all janitorial staff
- Supervise and Monitor all staffs hours to meet schedule.
- Daily Supervision of staff
- Perform Janitorial duties as necessary
- Manage site inventory
The Supervisor position does include janitorial work including but not limited to:
- Taking out trash
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming
- Wiping Down counters and surfaces
- Spot Cleaning
- Removal of all empty boxes
- Bathroom Cleaning Bathrooms
- any and all janitorial work assigned by management.
MUST have reliable transportation.
