We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations in Geneva, NY. This position is ideal for an organized individual with a strong work ethic who can guide a team while actively participating in daily cleaning operations.
Schedule & Location
- Location: Geneva, NY
- Schedule: 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday
- Shift: Evening shift (4-hour shifts, including holidays)
Key Responsibilities Supervisor
- General Supervisor Responsibilities: Direct daily workflows, support team members, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met.
- Routine Cleaning Tasks: Lead by example by performing sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
- Problem Solving: Resolve scheduling conflicts, address on-site cleaning issues, and manage team dynamics efficiently.
- Task Management: Multi-task effectively to keep the evening operations running smoothly and on schedule.
Requirements & Qualifications Supervisor
- Experience: Previous janitorial experience is required. Prior Supervisor experience is preferred but not required.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance.
