Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Raleigh, NC, as a Sales Manager specializing in Locum Tenens services. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client staffing needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs. The role involves managing a team of Physician Recruiting professionals, setting and achieving recruiting targets, providing mentorship, and cultivating a culture of high performance. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate across teams to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, mentoring, and fostering a productive sales environment
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing, particularly locum tenens services, is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to cultivate client relationships and close deals
