Cabin Builder – Factory Built Cabins - Looking for Plumber / Electrician / Framer / Trim Carpenter to join our growing team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday work available 6:AM - 11:00 AM

About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Cabin Building Team! This is a factory-based position, all work is completed at our facility, so there’s no travel from job site to job site. We are looking for individuals that care about the quality of work they produce, that understand the importance of showing up to work on time, and can pass a background check.
You’ll help construct and assemble components for our high-quality, factory-built cabins. We cross-train all team members, so you’ll gain hands-on experience in every part of the cabin-building process, from framing to finishing.
Responsibilities:
- Construct and assemble cabin components using wood, metal, and other materials
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, roofing, sanding, painting and finishing tasks as needed
- Specialty areas we are looking for verifiable experience in - PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, MINI SPLIT INSTALLATION, TRIM CARPENTRY (understanding of how to miter corners, details in hanging wall trim and door trim, eye for detail), RESIDENTIAL FINISH OUT (installing doors, door knobs, cabinet tracks and hardware, flooring installation) and WELDING.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, saws, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other trades such as electricians, plumbers, and welders to ensure quality and timely completion
- Follow construction plans and verbal instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in cross-training to develop skills across multiple areas of the build process
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in residential finish out, plumbing, electrical, minisplit installation or trim carpentry.
- Ability to get to work on time
- Able to pass a background check.
- Familiarity with power tools, saws, and basic construction methods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to climb on a ladder when needed
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and shop safety
