Job Overview
We are an independent FedEx Ground in Pearl, Ms, with a large, established operation running 25-35 drivers across multiple daily routes. We need and experienced Business Contact who knows how the business works and can lead from day one. If you have held a BC role before, or have managed a large Amazon DSP operation at a comparable at a comparable scale, we want to talk to you.
Duties
- Daily dispatch and route oversight for a 25-35 driver team.
- Driver performance, attendance, training, and accountability
- Primary relationship with FedEx Ground station management
- Full DOT and FedEx compliance(vehicles, personnel, documentation)
What We’re Looking For
- Prior FedEx Ground Business Contact Experience - Preferred
- Large Amazon DSP or last mile operation management is also considered
- Solid DOT compliance and safety standards knowledge
- Hands on leader: present on the floor, not behind a desk
