What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Engineer with Security Clearance position at MBL Technologies Inc.?
Research, plan, design and develop mechanical test systems in areas including, but not limited to, vibration, thermal, hydraulic, radio frequency, and electro-optical for production testing environments Integrate and validate test systems against stringent accuracy and reliability requirements Evaluate production installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum five (5) years of work experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of work experience Minimum of five (5) years of technical / engineering experience in mechanical design and/or production support Minimum of three (3) years experience with CAD solid modeling tools and analysis tools with an emphasis on ProE / CREO Parametric Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerance analysis experience creating mechanical drawing packages The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Value: Design experience with mechanical and electronic packaging Experience with Configuration Management processes, application, and tools (e.g., Windchill / cPDM) Experience with cable design, specifically CREO Schematic
