We are seeking an experienced **event videographer** to provide video coverage for an upcoming formal gala event on **Sunday, October 4, 2026**, at **Bobak’s Signature Events in Woodridge, Illinois**.
**Event Time:** 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
**Location:** Bobak’s Signature Events – Woodridge, IL
**Project Type:** Event Videography Highlight Reel
**Duration:** Approximately 4 hours of event coverage
## Scope of Work
The selected videographer will capture the overall **experience, energy, and essence of the event**, with an emphasis on the attendees, organization, speakers, awards, networking, and memorable moments throughout the evening.
Coverage should include:
- Attendee arrivals and networking
- Venue atmosphere, décor, signage, and event branding
- Candid interactions among guests
- Speakers and presentations
- Awards and recognition moments
- Entertainment and other important program moments
- Crowd reactions and engagement
- Organization representatives and leadership
- Additional B-roll that helps tell the story of the evening
## Final Deliverable
The primary post-production deliverable will be a professionally edited **short highlight reel** that captures the overall experience of the event and can be used for:
- Social media
- Website promotion
- Future event marketing
- Organizational communications
The highlight video should feel polished, engaging, and energetic while appropriately representing a professional community organization and formal gala.
## Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience filming galas, corporate events, nonprofit events, conferences, weddings, or similar live events
- Owns professional video equipment
- Can capture high-quality footage in an indoor banquet/event environment
- Has strong storytelling and video-editing skills
- Can work independently and identify important moments as they happen
- Is available in the **Woodridge, IL area on Sunday, October 4, from approximately 5:00–9:00 PM**
