Position Summary
The Tax Manager will play a key role in managing the company’s tax compliance, income tax provision, and related reporting across multi-state and multi-entity operations. This position will support domestic and international tax activities, improve tax processes, assist with audits, and help execute tax strategies to ensure compliance and optimize the company’s tax position.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage federal, state, local, and special tax returns across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with income and non-income taxes including franchise, sales/use, and property taxes
• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations and related financial disclosures
• Compute current and deferred tax expense, assets, liabilities, and reserves
• Execute and maintain tax-related internal controls
• Identify and implement tax process improvements
• Research tax law changes and assess business impact
• Assist with tax audits and R&D tax credit projects
• Support tax receivable agreement calculations
• Assist with legal entity maintenance, equity compensation tax matters, 1099 reporting, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–8 years of corporate tax or public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state taxation
• Experience with income tax provisions (ASC 740)
• Advanced Excel and tax/accounting system experience
• CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred
