This is a full-time, on-site market rate role for a Property Manager located in St Cloud, MN. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of 265 units- assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance. Responsibilities also include ensuring properties are well-maintained, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, coordinating repairs, managing budgets, and enforcing lease terms. The Property Manager will work closely with portfolio property manager to achieve financial goals and maintain high occupancy rates.
