Role Description
This is a full-time on-site or hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, for a Lease Administrator. The Lease Administrator will be responsible for managing lease documentation, coordinating lease administration processes, and maintaining accurate records. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing, abstracting and managing lease agreements, managing rents and annual CAM reconciliations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders. The role also involves regular communication with lease parties, assisting with lease-related inquiries, and handling lease rent reporting and other pertinent portfolio related reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lease Documentation, Lease Administration and Lease Abstraction
- Knowledge and understanding of lease terms, processes, rent reporting, lease and sublease management
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Lease Administration and working with leases
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
- Experience with various lease management software
