Qualifications
- Strong skills in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) system design and algorithm development
- Experience with modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink) and proficiency in programming languages such as C or Python
- Knowledge of system performance analysis, control theory, and related mathematics
- Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop simulations and flight dynamics
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the defense or aerospace industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Huntsville, AL, and comply with security clearance requirements
