Family Foster Care Supervisor, Full-Time
MBCH Children and Family Ministries is seeking a full-time case management supervisor. Working in this position provides the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and youth, as well as their families. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision of a team of case managers.
- Ensure that the principles of the agency trauma-informed model (TBRI – Trust-Based Relational Intervention) are utilized in work with clients and staff.
- Supervise program staff as assigned providing encouragement, spiritual support, and accountability.
- Focus on obtaining permanencies for clients, and ensure contract compliance.
Qualifications:
- MSW or Master’s Degree in related field
- Prior successful experience managing people at the supervisory level preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in social services
- Experience in effective writing and presentations skills
- Successful completion of any training and/or certification required of this position.
