- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through networking, and social media.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely follow-up with candidates.
- Build relationships with candidates to provide a seamless application process while promoting the client’s culture and values.
Experience
- Experience as a recruiter.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively extend job offers to candidates.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to facilitate communication with diverse talent pools.
- Meeting KPIs with minimal supervision
