MBA Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to grow their technical expertise while working on a wide range of impactful projects across multiple sectors.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems for commercial, institutional, and municipal projects
- Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project delivery
- Participate in site visits, field observations, and construction support
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts across a variety of project types
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (structural emphasis required)
- 1-5 years of structural design experience
- Strong understanding of structural materials (steel, concrete, masonry, and/or wood)
- EI certification preferred
Plus:
- Passed the P.E. Exam and/or actively working toward licensure
