The Opportunity
We’re looking for a self-driven, detail-focused, and energetic Architectural Project Manager who thrives on seeing projects come to life. This is a long-term career role with outstanding opportunities for growth, hands-on learning, and involvement in both design and construction operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the production of construction documents and manage design projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure design intent is translated accurately into buildable construction documents.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing operational guidance and quality control.
- Review codes, ensure compliance, and support the construction administration process.
- Collaborate closely with construction teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Travel to project sites across the U.S. as needed.
What You Bring
- 6 years in a professional design setting under a licensed architect.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required).
- Full project delivery experience from schematic design through construction.
- Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Highly organized, creative, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
- Bonus points for:
- Mission critical facility design experience.
- PEMB design coordination experience.
