** This is a remote position that will require travel up to 80% of the time. Must reside in the Robstown, Corpus Christi, Victoria, or El Campo areas to be considered. **
Responsibilities
Overseeing the Ortho Program for 4-5 offices.
Handling all treatment plans with patients.
Partnering with Orthodontists and the Director of Operations at each office.
Scheduling patients, confirming patients, and keeping Ortho days full.
Auditing patient accounts.
Reviewing A/R for patients and collecting from patients.
Traveling each month from office to office.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Orthodontic experience is required.
- Must have the ability to travel.
- Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred.
- Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
