Doctors lead clinical care locally while MB2 handles non-clinical tasks, allowing them to focus on patients. Perks & Benefits:
- $250,000 - $450,000 potential annual earnings (varied based on location and practice)

Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
