Customer Solutions & Retention Specialist

The Role
When a customer falls behind on their protection plan, you’ll be the person who reaches out to understand why and find a path forward. Every situation is different — your job is to listen, ask the right questions, and work with the customer to land on a solution that keeps them covered. There are no cold calls. Our dialer handles outreach, so you can focus entirely on the conversation.

What We’re Looking For
· Strong communicator who is confident, approachable, and able to build trust quickly
· Experience in sales, retention, collections, or another phone-based role
· A drive to grow professionally — we promote from within and invest in the people who show up ready to earn it
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
