Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role located in Colton, CA. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with project managers, vendors, and General Contractors. Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints and technical documents, sourcing materials, evaluating labor costs, and providing detailed reports to support decision-making and project budgeting.
Qualifications
- Proficient in cost estimation, budget analysis, and material pricing.
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong project coordination skills, including collaboration with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in interior finish-out or commercial construction projects is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations is a plus.
