We are seeking a entry/skilled level Data Center Rack and Stack & CablingTechnician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing data center operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of computer hardware, network installations, and related equipment. Entry Level will be trained and skilled applicants should know the following:
*Duties*
- Install, configure, and maintain data center equipment and systems
- Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware and software issues
- Manage cabling infrastructure and ensure proper cable management
- Assist with network installations and maintenance, including Cisco routers and Ethernet connections
- Monitor electrical systems to ensure efficient operation
- Support VoIP and Avaya phone systems within the data center environment
*Skills*
- Proficiency in data center operations and management
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and configurations
- Experience with Ethernet connections and network installations
- Familiarity with Avaya phone systems and VoIP technologies
- Ability to work with cabling infrastructure for optimal performance
- Knowledge of Cisco routers for network connectivity
- Understanding of electrical systems within a data center environment
