What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hostess/Maitre'D - Manhattan Beach Post position at MB Post?
Chef David LeFevres Manhattan Beach Post is an eclectic, chef driven restaurant focusing on soulful food, engaging service, hand crafted cocktails and boutique wine selections. After opening in Manhattan Beach in April 2011, we are looking to recruit magnetic, passionate, experienced and motivated Hostess/Maitre'D's to join our family.
A qualified Host Candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year hosting in an upscale casual atmosphere. Excellent multi-tasking skills, working well under pressure and an ability to smile amidst the hustle & bustle of a busy restaurant is required. Being Guest First, quick thinking and have grace under pressure are qualities we hold in very high regard. Candidates for this position will possess humility, integrity and respect.
A flexible schedule is preferred dinner hours and Friday/Saturday/Sunday brunch availability is required. Most of all we are looking for individuals passionate about hospitality and relationship building. If youre a host that a Guest cant help but smile at, than youre exactly what were looking for.
