What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position at MB Home Care LLC?
We are seeking an In Home Caregiver to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home.
You must have your own vehicle to transport clients for this position. This is for a couple who needs someone to take them to PT appointments and help around the house. Hours are Tuesdays 8:30am to 3pm and Thursdays 11am to 3pm. Duties as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Transportation
- Safety Monitoring
- Standby assistance with some ADLs
- Meal Prep
- Housework
- Laundry
- Companion
- Provide routine individualized care
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Qualifications:
- Reliability a must
- Must have car and license
- Experience in home health or other related field
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $20 - $22
