We are seeking an In Home Caregiver to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home.
Male client, has dementia. Hours are 8am to 6pm Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Friday. They have two dogs and a cat, all friendly. Duties as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Medication Reminders
- Meal Prep
- Housework
- Laundry
- Companion
- Provide routine individualized care
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Safety Monitoring
Qualifications:
- Reliability a must
- Experience in home health or other related field
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
