Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehabilitation team at our Wayne,NJ facility. This on-site role involves overseeing rehabilitation services, coordinating with occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapists, and ensuring adherence to quality care standards. Responsibilities include staff management, program development, compliance monitoring, patient care planning, and fostering a collaborative team environment to deliver superior rehabilitation services.
Qualifications
- Experience in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
