Position Summary:
The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy and execution across traditional, digital, and internal channels to support growth, brand positioning, and business development efforts. This role partners closely with leadership, operations, and business development teams to drive market awareness, generate leads, support project pursuits, and strengthen the company's reputation within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
• Execute and build upon the company's current comprehensive marketing strategy based on company growth goals and revenue targets.
• Partner with leadership and business development to support project pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and visual identity.
• Manage website performance, SEO, and digital presence to improve visibility and lead conversion.
• Lead content development including project profiles, case studies, social media, and multimedia storytelling.
• Oversee social media strategy and engagement to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
• Plan and support industry events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
• Support internal communications and initiatives that reinforce company culture and employee engagement.
• Manage marketing budget, vendors, agencies, and external partners.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
• Leverage marketing technology, data, and emerging tools to improve efficiency and results.
• Strengthen employer branding efforts to support recruitment and retention of skilled talent.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or related industry strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
- Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Studio, and other current graphic and design software platforms.
- Demonstrate expertise in leveraging and applying strategies across all major social media platforms.
- Demonstrate professional communication and leadership skills.
- Must be proactive and self-motivated, with strong follow-through.
