Responsibilities
- Help individuals and families protect their financial future with tailored life insurance solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Build long-term relationships and recurring income streams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Operate independently while being supported by proven systems and mentorship.
Requirements
- Ability to build rapport with clients and identify their unique needs.
- Must be a driven hard worker and willing to work 40 hours per week. Success is directly correlated with work ethic.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Must pass a background check.
