What We're Looking For:
We are seeking experienced, well-rounded individuals with a strong background in residential and commercial renovations. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of hands-on experience and must be capable of independently handling a variety of tasks from start to finish.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in residential renovations
- Proficient in:
- Framing (rough and finish)
- Drywall installation, taping & finishing
- Tile setting (floors, showers, backsplashes)
- Cabinet installation
- Interior and exterior painting
- Flooring (LVP, hardwood, tile, etc.)
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Door and window installation
- Light plumbing and electrical (a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret plans and measurements
- Attention to detail and job site cleanliness
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
