What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House (FOH) Manager - High-Energy Sports Bar position at Mazzy's Sports Bar & Grill?
High-volume sports bar built on hospitality, energy, and accountability. We don't run average shifts - we build strong teams and leaders.
What You'll Do:
- Lead FOH & BOH team (servers, bartenders, hosts)
- Own the guest experience and resolve issues fast
- Stay on the floor - this is a hands-on role
- Hold standards and team accountability
- Manager shift flow, labor, and communication
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year restaurant/bar leadership experience
- High-energy, reliable, and hands-on
- Strong communicator who can lead and correct
- Comfortable in fast-pasted, high-volume shifts
