REQUIREMENTS for General Manager
Valid Driver’s License with Insurance Minimum
Minimum 1 year experience as salaried restaurant management
Open Schedule Availability to work a minimum of 48 hours per week
Ability to perform essential physical functions of the job, including extended walking and standing
Preferred: Current ServSafe Certification
RESPONSIBILITIES for General Manager
Provide excellent food and customer service in a clean, safe and friendly environment.
Work a minimum of 9 Peak Revenue Periods (Lunch, Dinner, etc) per week
Manage the operations of a single restaurant; focused on doing what is right for the Company, our Guests, and our Employees.
Accomplish revenue and profit goals set by the company through hiring, training and managing a capable crew.
Position requires significant motivation, initiative, responsibility and accountability for increasing sales and traffic to maximize restaurant performance.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
