Requirements
Job Duties:
- Assist in engineering projects across departments as needed
- Assist in anticipated facility upgrade or improvement projects
- Conduct time studies to evaluate and improve planning efficiencies
- Create and maintain work instructions for key processes
- Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity
- Participate in 6S activities to support workplace organization and efficiency
- Assist in process and quality improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience & Skills
- CAD knowledge required (SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is a plus
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-Verify
