Please Note: This is a regional position, and the selected individual may reside anywhere within the designated territory. Daily reporting to a specific branch location is not required.
What Success Looks Like:
- You'll become a trusted advisor to industrial customers throughout your territory.
- Instead of simply selling products, you'll:
- Learn how your customers operate and identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity
- Help customers solve lifting, rigging, crane, inspection, and training challenges
- Build long-term relationships with construction managers, plant managers, safety professionals, operations leaders, and purchasing teams
- Introduce innovative solutions that reduce risk and improve operational performance
- Partner with technical experts and industry specialists to deliver complete crane-to-floor solutions
- Grow your territory by earning trust, uncovering opportunities, and creating value for customers
