What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Worker position at MAZZ-CO LLC?
Lawn care company looking to add an honest, reliable, motivated worker. Duties to include mowing, trimming, mulch work, edging and light landscaping. Preferably someone who has transportation to get to the shop or able to meet within a few minutes from mount airy, MD. Willing to train less experienced workers.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Assist in other job-related duties including shop and yard maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions, humidity, full sun, extreme heat and cold
- Ability to work flexible hours. Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Operate power equipment including, but not limited to zero turns, ride-on mowers, walk-behind mowers, line trimmers and blowers
- Inspect all work for quality to eliminate the need for return visits and/or re-work due to customer dissatisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
