Mazunte Bodega is our latest chapter—a vibrant hub for tacos, tortas, and house-made margaritas, located in the Distillery District. We are looking for leaders who don’t just "run shifts," but who help us maintain this energy.
The Gig
As a leader, you are the heartbeat of the Bodega. You aren't just managing a floor; you’re setting the tone for our team and our guests. You’ll be the bridge between our high-quality kitchen and the front-of-house experience, ensuring every guest feels like they’ve found a second home.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide Comfort; Create Connections: Our success is directly tied to great customer service. We want to comfort and connect with not only guests, but the whole team.
- Host the Experience: Lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest receives the warm, authentic hospitality Mazunte is known for.
- Empower the Team: Support, coach, and cheer on our staff to keep energy high and operations smooth.
- Own the Shift: Handle the "nuts and bolts"—inventory, food safety, and quality control—with an eye for detail.
- Problem Solve on the Fly: Turn challenges into "no problem" moments for both guests and team members.
