What will you be doing?
- Handling construction litigation matters independently while collaborating with partners and associates
- Managing a caseload with approximately 1,900 billable hours annually
- Conducting legal research, drafting briefs, and developing case strategy for construction disputes
- Working closely with 8-9 partners across the commercial litigation practice
- Participating in a hybrid work environment with 3 days in-office at the firm's Madison, NJ campus
Key Requirements
- 4-10 years of post-JD experience with direct construction litigation concentration (not just general commercial lit)
- Admitted to the NJ Bar
- Stable tenure history
- Able to commute to Madison, NJ office 3 days per week
- Strong law school GPA
Compensation
- $150,000 - $185,000 base salary commensurate with experience.
