Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting parts and materials to various locations while ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all driving and delivery operations.
Duties
- Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle for the delivery of parts to designated locations.
- Load and unload parts and materials, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- Follow designated delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and any issues encountered during transport.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization of parts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of route driving.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in handling parts or inventory management.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks related to moving materials.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
