Duties
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market presence and drive sales growth.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Utilize customer relationship management software to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare reports on business development activities, including project status updates and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Proficiency in project management techniques to effectively oversee initiatives from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Schedule and confirm first oil change customers as well as customers who have not been in for service.
