Line Cook / Prep Cook – Mazal (West Ashley)
Mazal is looking for reliable and hardworking kitchen team members to join our fast-paced Mediterranean restaurant in West Ashley.
We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure during busy service hours.
Responsibilities:
* Food prep and station setup
* Cooking and assembling menu items
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
* Following food safety and sanitation standards
* Working efficiently with the kitchen team during service
* Assisting with daily cleaning and closing tasks
Requirements:
* Previous kitchen experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable transportation required
* Valid driver’s license required
* Must be dependable and consistently arrive on time
* Team player with a strong attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: $20.18 - $27.91 per hour
