Regional Branch Administrator

Responsible for overseeing administrative operations for multiple crane service branches within a centralized region. Ensures effective communication and coordination among personnel across three locations in Dolomite, Decatur, and Duluth. 

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the crane service branch
• Organize office operations and procedures such as typing, flow of correspondence, filing, and other operational duties; evaluate office production and revise procedures to improve efficiency of workflow
• Responsible for answering the incoming phones, monitoring departmental email inboxes and ensuring that messages are properly routed; actively work to address customer issues, even in the absence of key personnel.
• Responsible for processing completed service invoices and parts sales invoices
• Responsible for financial reporting as specified
• Responsible for preparing timesheet coding and timesheet tracking including billing hours 
• Process orders for all necessary equipment and supplies; order within budgetary guidelines and maintain office supplies
• Account for administrative budget and provides reports to management as requested
• Maintain acceptable DSO levels
• Responsible for completing job closings on a monthly basis; any questionable closing should be brought to the attention of the Service Manager for final review
• Assist Service Writers sending completed inspection reports to customers
• Send completed invoices to customers
• Work with training department to ensure all department personnel are maintaining required training and are up to date on needed certifications
• File and retrieve branch documents, records and reports
• Participate and contribute to all departmental meetings
• Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
