Social Media and Marketing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content tailored to different audiences, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Conduct social listening to understand audience sentiment and trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future efforts.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, particularly Facebook Advertising.
• Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering community engagement.
• Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts for all social media content.
• Oversee content creation from ideation through execution, including video editing and photography as needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while enhancing overall branding efforts.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE MARKETING INDUSTRY AND BE INTO CARS.
• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques and digital marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to assess performance metrics effectively.
• Strong skills in graphic design with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of public relations principles and how they apply to social media strategies.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
