Position Summary

Mayzon is seeking a Material Handler II to support production and warehouse operations by transporting raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods throughout the facility. This position ensures timely material flow to meet Safety, Quality, and Production objectives.

This role is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Overtime is paid in accordance with federal and applicable state laws. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Move materials manually or using rollers to designated workstations
• Load and unload materials using forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
• Wrap pallets and prepare production tickets; scan product labels into ERP system
• Read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs) and related documentation
• Order materials from warehouse inventory and return unused materials to stock
• Collect and properly dispose of scrap materials, cardboard, and strapping
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned within scope of training and capability

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two (2) years of related manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Forklift experience preferred; certification may be required
• Ability to read and interpret production documentation
• Basic math skills and written communication ability
• Experience using ERP systems or related inventory software preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling
• Operation of powered industrial trucks
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and gloves
• Work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures
