Job Overview
We're looking for a proactive and engaging Field Marketer to represent our dental offices across Rancho, Maywood, and Gardena. This role focuses on community outreach — building relationships, promoting services, and driving new patient growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses, schools, and community spots to promote our dental offices.
- Distribute flyers and marketing materials; share current promotions.
- Generate and record new patient leads and follow up as needed.
- Support community events and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate outreach and lead-tracking records.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Able to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional Saturdays for events.
Compensation
$25–$27 per hour (approx. $52,000–$56,160 per year)
