Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, evaluate, and analyze data from multiple sources for quality and completeness
- Maintain, update, and report on contract data, procurement actions, and metrics in databases/spreadsheets
- Develop and manage user tools and productivity tracking mechanisms
- Generate and analyze reports for compliance, deadlines, and performance benchmarks
- Support administrative data functions, team calendars, organization charts, and onboarding
- Provide training and guidance on developed tools
- Ensure operational security (OPSEC) and data confidentiality
- Manage procurement or law enforcement sensitive data
Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
