What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Equipment Trainer (NET)/Fielder position at Mayvin, Inc?
Mayvin is seeking an experienced New Equipment Trainer (NET) to provide comprehensive fielding and training support to a complex Army radar program office at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role delivers hands on training across the full lifecycle of the Army’s ground-based radar systems—including the AN/TPQ 50, AN/TPQ 53, and associated Foreign Military Sales variants.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide system administration expertise prior to and during fielding and operator maintenance activities
- Apply technical, tactical, and logistical insight to ensure the reliability, maintainability, and supportability of systems within the PdM portfolio
- Collect fielding related data from Army units, including facility requirements, manpower support, shipping details, and points of contact
- Develop installation schedules and New Equipment Training (NET) training schedules.
- Conduct New Equipment Training and sustainment training at unit locations
- Coordinate with the PdM to address system integration requirements and incorporate engineering change orders into previously fielded systems
- Deliver technical training that supports initial transfer of knowledge on the operation and maintenance of new equipment, establishing long term training capability.
- Support technical manual reviews and validations
- Perform pre fielding inventories for all system end items, including Component of End Item (COEI), Additional Authorization List (AAL), and Basic Issue Items (BII)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of NET / Fielding experience
- Minimum of 5 years of NET / Fielding experience
- CompTIA Certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting Army program offices, especially within acquisition or Total Package Fielding (TPF) environments
- Experience operating or maintaining Army ground based radar systems such as the AN/TPQ 50 or AN/TPQ 53

Salary : $113,771 - $126,412
