Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and retention strategies to support our evolving AI-driven business model
- Identify, recruit, and assess highly skilled technical professionals capable of independently delivering software solutions
- Design effective recruiting processes, including technical assessments, interviews, and candidate evaluations
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and talent development
- Build and refine performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and professional development programs
- Lead people initiatives that foster a high-performing, collaborative, and adaptable culture
Qualifications
- Significant HR leadership experience within the software development, technology, or IT consulting industry
- Strong technical understanding of software development, AI-enabled workflows, and the skills required for technical roles
- Proven success recruiting, evaluating, and retaining high-performing technical talent
- Established professional network within the technology industry

Salary : $125,000 - $165,000
