Overview
Location: Neillsville, Wisconsin
Shift: 1st shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Friday is OT)
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Metal Tube End Forming Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll set up and operate end forming machines to shape and finish metal tubing to precise specifications. Takes a bent tube and slots it, trim cut, flatten, single bead, double bead, expand, flare, drill hole's and grinds or deburrs it to ensure product is made to customers specifications.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate end forming machinery (e.g., ram, trim, flatten, bead, expand, flare, drill holes, grind, deburr, etc..)
- Read and interpret work orders and blueprints
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and keep a clean work area

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and good attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
