Position Overview

MayTech Global Investments is seeking a full-time Marketing professional to join our team. This individual will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives, manage digital platforms, and produce content that effectively communicates our investment strategies. The role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making, with an emphasis on elevating MayTech’s brand presence.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in financial services, marketing, digital strategy, and content development, and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Planning

• Partner with leadership to design and execute MayTech’s integrated marketing plan.
• Develop strategies to strengthen MayTech’s digital presence and brand positioning.

Content Creation & Brand Messaging

• Translate complex investment strategies into accessible, engaging, and compliant content.
• Produce high-quality materials including pitchbooks, fact sheets, newsletters, blog posts, infographics, and video scripts.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Manage MayTech’s website, email campaigns, and social media channels.
• Track and analyze digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Leverage marketing technology and automation to enhance efficiency and engagement.

Event & Campaign Support

• Coordinate marketing efforts around conferences, webinars, and client events.
• Partner with distribution and investment teams to develop event-related materials and follow-up campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with research and portfolio management teams to understand investment strategies.
• Partner with compliance and operations to ensure all materials meet regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external vendors and agencies to execute multi-channel programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in asset management, financial services, or professional services.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topic and proficiency in digital marketing platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in investment communications preferred.
